Registration and cancellation policies

• Online registration ends one week prior to all events. After that time, you may inquire whether it is still possible to make arrangements to attend.
• For all events you may cancel up to one week prior to the event for a full refund. After the one week deadline all fees are non-refundable. If the Sanshin Zen Community cancels the event you will receive a full refund.
  
• If events fill, we may keep a waiting list. If space opens, those on the waiting list will be contacted by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.  Be aware that openings may not occur in time to allow you to make arrangements to travel to Sanshinji and attend.
